7. Tannin A red wine that is firm and leaves the mouth feeling dry & bitter (soft, medium, or firm)
8. Fruity A wine that has aromas & flavours of fruit (e.g.blackcurrant, berry & melon)
9. Finish The impression a wine leaves as you swallow it ( short, medium, or long )
